Day 9 post tummy tuck

Well I am in better spirits today not because the swelling is better but because I finally got some relief last night from my "dog" problems and that mother nature helped with my hormones lol but anyway I'm finally off those dang pain meds because i'm ready to being "regular" lol. I don't care how much pain I'm in i'm not ingesting another one of those things!! Last night was awful with that whole situation there but other than swelling if I'm up too long  i don't really have any pain anymore. The place where they removed my drain has become a little red yesterday so when i called the Dr. and asked what I should do for it she said to swab it with peroxide and try and keep it dry. i have been doing that 3 times a day and hopefully it doesn't get infected they also made me start taking another round of antibiotics which i think is a good thing. It is still draining a little but hopefully that stops soon! Another thing that I noticed yesterday was that where ever i'm swollen it has started peeling for some reason. not sure if its just dry or what but I will ask the Dr. on Tuesday when I go back to see if its normal lol. I have started taking my binder off for like an hour a day just to let the skin breathe and because my bruise is where the thing zips up and after a while it starts digging into my bruise....plus it needs to be washed so thats usually when i take it off. I actually can lay down on the couch now and thats a plus for my butt because it starts hurting from sitting on it all day! I'm sure if i can lay down on the couch i can sleep in the bed but i just haven't tried that yet maybe tonight not sure if i could get out of the bed or not tho. Well i'll keep yall posted on anything else that happens!
