1 week post tummy tuck

Today is the 1 week mark since I had my tummy tuck....Geez has it been that long already!?!?! Today is also the day my husband had to go back to work and leave me home with a 1 yr old and 4 yr old....lets just say I'm glad Kelsey had Preschool for 3 hours today because Tenley was difficult enough alone! I'm not allowed to lift anything over 5lbs for 6 weeks which makes it hard to take care of a baby because I have to have her crawl up on my bed to change her diaper which since she is 1 doesn't always cooperate and getting down on the floor (where she wanted me to change her) wasn't going to happen today. I will admit she probably wore some diapers today longer than she should have but I have been doing the best I can. Around lunch time when Kelsey got home from school (rode with a good friend of mine because i still can't drive) she and my friend helped me clean up the tornado that had come through my living room lol. By the time Tenley laid down for her nap I was pretty miserable due to swelling but i haven't gotten up since she fell asleep and i am feeling much better! I did switch my pain med once again to taking 5mg every 6 hours instead of 4 which might not have been a smart thing since it was my first time caring for both girls but I'm tired of taking them and i really was curious how much pain i was going to be in if i waited a longer time to take it. I def. can tell a difference around hour 5 and I find myself watching the clock to see when i can take my meds again. I hate that i need it still a week out from surgery but i'm working on it! The pain has never been in my incision it has all been in the abdominal muscles that they tightened...i have had some pain where they did the liposuction of my waist but its nothing that i need pain meds for. I plan on taking a shower this afternoon and i will take pics of what my stomach looks like today but i know its probably gonna look worse because I'm so swollen from being up all morning! Well I actually took all these pics after I took a shower and hadn't had a pain pill in 5  hours needless to say i was in pain, couldnt stand straight, and i was super swollen! sorry in advance lol
